Refund & Return Policy
At Southern Collections, we strive to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality collectible products. Due to the nature of trading cards and collectible items, the following return policy applies to all purchases made through our store.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
Raw Trading Cards (Singles)
Returns for raw trading cards are only accepted if the item received is significantly different from the listing description or images.
Examples of eligible return situations include:

Receiving the wrong card

Major undisclosed damage

Incorrect item shipped
Returns will not be accepted for:

Buyer’s disagreement with condition assessment

Buyer’s remorse

Expectation of a specific grading outcome

Minor surface, edge, or centering imperfections consistent with the listed condition
Card condition is evaluated conservatively using industry standards; however, condition assessment is inherently subjective.
Southern Collections does not guarantee grading outcomes from third-party grading companies such as PSA, BGS, or CGC.
Graded Cards
Graded cards are considered final sale items due to their third-party authentication and encapsulation.
Returns may only be considered if the slab arrives visibly damaged during shipping. In these cases, photographic documentation will be required.
Sealed Products
Sealed products (including booster boxes, packs, and other sealed trading card products) are not eligible for return once opened.
Returns for sealed products will only be accepted if the item remains unopened and in its original condition.
Opened sealed products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, incorrect listing, etc.), Southern Collections will cover return shipping.

If the return is requested for other reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not the result of a seller error.
Shipping Damage
If an item arrives damaged due to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), we will assist in filing a shipping insurance claim with the carrier.
Customers may be asked to provide photos of the packaging and damaged item to support the claim.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before a shipping label has been created.
Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellations may no longer be possible.
In-Person Sales
All purchases made in person at trade shows or events are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
