SHIPPING POLICY

At Southern Collections, we take great care in packaging and shipping collectible trading cards to ensure they arrive safely and in the condition described.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

PACKAGING STANDARDS

All orders are packaged with care to protect collectible cards during transit.

Typical packaging may include:

• penny sleeves
• top loaders or protective holders
• Ding Defender protective inserts
• bubble mailers or boxes when appropriate

Our priority is ensuring that items arrive safe, secure, and protected during shipping.

SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Single cards, graded cards, and most orders are shipped using USPS tracked shipping in a bubble mailer.

Typical shipping cost for standard orders is approximately $4.50.

Actual shipping costs may vary depending on order weight, size, and destination.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders over $100.

Orders that exceed normal shipping weight or size may require calculated shipping based on package weight, even if the order total exceeds the free shipping threshold.

HEAVY OR OVERSIZED ORDERS

Large or heavy orders (such as multiple sealed products or large quantities of cards) will have shipping calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination.

COMBINED SHIPPING

When multiple items are purchased in a single order, items will be combined into one shipment whenever possible.

This allows customers to receive their purchases together in a secure package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are accepted and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If an item arrives damaged due to the shipping carrier (USPS or another carrier), we will work with the customer to file a shipping claim with the carrier.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs of the damaged item, packaging materials, and shipping label to assist with the claim process.

LOST PACKAGES

If a shipment is lost in transit, Southern Collections will assist in filing a carrier investigation or claim.

Resolution will follow the carrier's claim process.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

Optional shipping protection may be available during checkout depending on the shipping protection services offered through our platform.

If selected, shipping protection may provide additional coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
